The Youths are a portuguese punk-rock band (featuring members of hardcore act Day Of The Dead) and they are getting some 7”EP’s out on the streets. Their self titled EP is soon be released by Criminal IQ Records and they will soon record 4 new songs, for another 7”, this time issued by belgian label Still Holding On Records. Blood And Iron Records is getting their work done on the Buffalo Tribute LP. Expect a February 2007 date for the record to hit the streets. A couple of bands have their songs ready to go, like portuguese sludge rockers Dawnrider with their version of “Shylock”. Other bands that will feature on this record: Iron Hearse, Ogre, Blood Of The Sun, Doomraiser, Falcon and Glow. Don’t forget that this record will have a limited pressing of 777 copies. Meanwhile, the label is also getting a 10”EP from an american doom band ready to be released maybe some time around christmas. And, speaking of Dawnrider, they will also release their debut February 2007.
